Normal shawarma, tried Laham/ meat shawarma. So, so in taste. Ambiance is not up to the mark, and it needs a lot of improvement. Service was quick, though.

Today we had beef and chicken shawarma both was really yummy.
And the lady staff was very welcoming.

I recently dined at this restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the hefty price tag, the quality of the food fell short of expectations. Dishes lacked flavor and freshness, leaving much to be desired in terms of taste and presentation.
Adding to the disappointment was the attitude of the restaurant manager, whose demeanor was notably unpleasant. Despite expressing concerns about the quality of the food, the manager showed little interest in addressing our grievances and appeared dismissive of our feedback.
To make matters worse, it was evident that we were not the only ones facing such issues. Another customer seated nearby shared similar sentiments regarding both the food quality and the manager's attitude, highlighting a concerning pattern of inconsistency and poor customer service.
Overall, my experience at this restaurant was marred by subpar food quality, unprofessional behavior from the manager, and a lack of accountability for the disappointing dining experience. Given the high prices charged by the restaurant, I expected much better, and unfortunately, I left feeling dissatisfied and unlikely to return.

Bad experience from the staff (Lady),not explaining the menu properly,Price is too high. It’s 17AED for an Arabic Shawarma Box - Chicken and beef, many better shops in flavour and quantity charge a max of only 12 AED. The shop has customers now as it doesn’t have any other competitors in the Arabic style.
The owners should watch out as they would lose customers if any other shop comes into the locality.

After 12 years in the UAE, I'm shocked at how expensive and disappointing the shawarma from this restaurant was. The staff's behavior was unacceptable, especially the Indian lady who pressured customers into buying without offering smaller portions. Even the manager's attitude was disappointing. Initially, I thought it was just a pricing mistake, but after seeing others also being deceived, it's clear this is a pattern. Avoid this place at all costs. I wish I could give zero stars, but unfortunately, Google doesn't allow it.
