Today, I visited Adidas, Al Bawabat Al Sharq Mall branch, and I bought two pieces of bags and shoes, but the agreed upon amount was taken, and when I noticed, I returned to the branch again, but when I asked the branch workers and spoke with the manager, whose nationality is Filipino, she spoke to me in a bad way when she talked about the price. She told me that the price had been raised today from 89 to 125, and when I told her, “Can you refund the amount to me now?” she made a return for all the products. She told me that the amount will be transferred to your card, but after a week.. And when I asked her, “I am still processing the invoice now,” she said, “It is not available. I will make a refund immediately.” I spoke to her. She is supposed to get the money back now. She spoke to me in a bad way and said to another member of the working crew who is of Indian nationality. She told him, “I know him because he doesn’t understand how. I don’t understand what you are saying and I will understand him.” This manager is not good. She works under a big name like Adidas and deals with Arab nationalities. She does not understand what she is saying. It is necessary to select workers in an old brand like this one
Don't buy from this store if you Arabic speaking because if you meet like this lady you will be sad
