Halls are big, location is just too far for most residents though. Not many food options as well. If they can make it clear on their website about ranking of movies and timings it would be a lot better, and not feel like they're scamming you cause you reached and barely have enough time to go elsewhere
Wonderful most advanced Cinema I ever been to in Al-Ain.
It's my first choice whenever I feel like going to watch a movie.

We don’t have much options in Al Ain, the cinema is acceptable, however cleanliness is an issue, cleaners don’t have much time between movies to clean, which is disgusting. Also, kids are free to attend movies they shouldn’t be allowed to, and it becomes extremely noisy. Sometimes, adults behave annoyingly worse than kids! Which is not understandable, they should really be stopped or kicked out of the theater.
It was very comfortable. Loved...loved...loved the movie. I was happy to see that people didn't leave their garbage on their seats as usual. Al hamdu lilAllah, good on them for taking responsibility for their own litter.
Even though it is one of the best cinemas in Al Ain, but that's not saying much. All my experiences (more than ten times) have been very disappointing.
Firstly, I do not like their choices in movies. They exhibit very selected movies, only the ones that they expect to make big money on. I understand commercial aspect is very important, but you should not give ALL the shows to "mindless commercial entertainers". At least give 1-2 shows to other movies that may not have the same commercial appeal but would definitely classify under intelligent and meaningful cinema. And do not just put good movies in ultra premium (expensive ticket) categories, you should put them in economical ticket categories as well.
My other complain is related to utter lack of movie etiquette when it comes to the cinema crowd. I have been to cinemas around the world, even to cinemas in poor countries, but nowhere I have seen such noisy crowd that almost every time ruins the experience of other audiences. They talk so much even during the most serious movies, have no shame in attending calls inside the theater. And they ALL act as if they own the theater. I am sure many of them are actually rich enough to own the theater, but forgodsake, leave that attitude at home when you are watching a movie in cinema. Not everyone has time and money to watch the movie twice since their first experience was ruined due to an extremely important phone call of yours.

One of the best theaters in Al Ain. New movies, good seating, and excellent refreshments make movie going here always a nice experience. These theaters are very popular with all and the cinemas are well attended. Hence if you are planning to go for a new release make bookings in advance. The food court and the excellent parking add value to your visit.
