I am not happy with the customer care at vodafone. please be careful. My Wi-Fi box was recently not working, so I contacted Vodafone to see if it could be fixed. I just found out that my name had another wifi sim number (without my knowledge) as well as my Wi-Fi number. This can only be done if someone has seen your Qatari ID or passport and the only people who have seen this is the school and the Vodafone engineer people according to Vodafone. This was going on since I arrived in qatar and now there’s a whole investigation going on with Vodafone. I am just letting you all know just in case this happens to another person. And I don’t want that to be the case.
They told me many times that they would contact me in 24 hours and 48 hours and 72 hours no one has contacted me regarding the investigation. There has been no update. Terrible customer service

In name of advance billing system Postpaid connection need to pay as Prepaid.
If you want to change your plan of Postpaid even 2nd of the month, they will ask you to pay full month bill what you not used yet. What is the meaning of Postpaid?

I am express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of customer service I have received from Vodafone over the past month.On four separate occasions within the last month, I have called Vodafone's customer service line in an attempt to upgrade my current plan. Each time I called, I was assured that someone would contact me within 4 to 5 hours to assist with the upgrade process. However, despite these assurances, I have yet to receive a single callback or any clear guidance on how to proceed with my plan upgrade.This consistent failure to follow through on promises and provide adequate support reflects poorly on Vodafone's commitment to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the noise level in your call center has made it incredibly difficult to communicate effectively with your representatives, exacerbating an already frustrating situation.

Youssef is the worst customer care representative I have ever seen in my life. Youssef does not have any customer relationship skills . Behaving disrespectfully when asked if he has a sim tray ejection pin.
And when we asked just to double confirm if they actually don’t have a sim ejection pin. He started mocking and repeating what I just said in a disgusting and mocking tone. Utter disrespectful racist behaviour.
I would suggest Vodafone to keep a check on their sale representatives and agents.

I have visited this store it was first closed on the Main Street where the address is but the store was closed and there was no information where the shop has been moved. Then after searching on website it was mentioned that store has been temporarily moved to Doha soul ground floor. All the customer care representatives were acting as if they own Qatar no politeness or respect towards customers . All the three customer care agents should be ashamed of themselves.

Worst customer service i call them yesterday and today for working hours al mirqab branch, they said 10am but when i go this branch its under renovation.. its a waste of money and time.. even zero i cannot rate them. I return my wifi router because even signal is not good.

Worst Service by staff. They threaten the customers by unknown terms and conditions while seeking help. Not ready to help and give unwanted free advices and tell us to customer care instead of visiting the store.
