I visited a couple of days ago. I was served by a lovely man with glasses who was very knowledgeable in what the best flavours and kits would be perfect for a new vape user. I will be returning to this store for the seeable future :)

Tim has been amazing today helping me chose the right device to my needs and setting it up for me! He is definitely an asset to the team and the business!

I was served by Eden, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to.
All the staff here are always very helpful and polite. If you need vape supplies, come to this store

I've been vaping for at least 6 years, and have become terribly dependant on the disposable vapes.
Speaking with Ash, he was brilliant and managed to help me figure out the right new device for me. I now have my new device with a range of liquids that are going to last me ages.

This guy is a top bloke, he has interest in what you need, takes time to listen then gives you exactly what you require, not alot of shops do this anymore, it's all about money and pushing products now. He had a bad customer just before I went in, he was visibly upset and I think he simply couldn't understand why folk like that exist, I think that shows just what a nice guy he is. I hope the advent calander is working lol. Take care and good luck in future.

I've been trying to quit smoking and didn't have much luck with vaping previously, but after going into the store and speaking to Ash, I left with a product that I'm very happy with. Ash was kind, understanding and very knowledgeable - he made me feel very comfortable and made sure I left with the right product for my needs. Thank you Ash!

Was so impressed with the quality of service and knowledge from Ash at the Crawley store.. he explained everything I needed to know moving from disposables. I was so impressed with the vape & bundle he recommended for me, that I returned the following day to buy another for a friend. Would highly recommend.
