Dave at the Sutton branch was really helpful and most importantly, genuine. I felt better understood than the other major chains I've visited. They allowed demos too, which is massively valuable to me so I'm not buying blind!!!! Purchased the Tugboat with Self juices. I suspect VPZ will now be my go-to.

VPZ staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I just started vaping and have the best experience thanks to their expertise and advice that keeps pouring. I learnt something new each time I visit the store. Thank you so much for a wonderful transition from smoking to vaping. I couldn't have done it on my own.

Everyone in the shop is so lovely and attentive! They listened to what I wanted and helped me get the vape I wanted with new flavours! And the prices are so affordable! Thank you for the help

Excellent service here and walked out with an amazing new vape and some really fresh juices. Loyalty scheme is good too so can’t wait to use that! The guys know their stuff and we’re so helpful and friendly. My new favourite store! Definitely recommend.

Went in here before going to another shop, the man in here (glasses, bald and late 30s) was too busy ogling another customer and being very inappropriate, ignored me at first, then bluntly asked me “do you need anything?”. I swiftly exited as this really annoyed me and made me feel even more unwelcome at that time. Maybe this store needs to retrain staff members in customer etiquette
