Terrible customer service. Not willing to work with international buyers who are unable to travel to India due to Covid. Will not do video calls, will not share pictures. They share snippets on IG which are not on their website and when you ask them to share a picture they refuse. We have bought several pieces for an upcoming wedding with designers throughout Delhi who are more accommodating and willing to provide excellent customer service!

The attendants are very rude. Though, there is not much variety available at the store, i still wanted to buy something for my sister but after experiencing the behaviour of the staff i simply walked off the store and they didn't even seem to regret it.
