I am impressed with the service. After a quaint misunderstanding the owner smoothly resolved my complaints. The food was great!

I had Lahm Ajeen and Chicken Cheese Wrap. The portion size was generous, and the food was good. However, the service could be improved (3/5), and the atmosphere was just okay (3/5). Overall, a solid spot for tasty food if you're looking for good portions.

The new staff is just horrible and rude!
Ajeen is really great place but new staff have been making our experience horrible every single time. This is the way they served us the food. Now when we go to ajeen late night they say it’s closed at 1am even tho closing is 3am when we address it they make faces at us and say FINE!

We had a great experience here! We ordered the chicken shawarma and cheese and zaatar flatbread, and both were tasty! There’s easy on street parking, and they have picnic tables in the front for additional seating.

Excellent flatbreads/manaeesh freshly cooked in front of you in a brick oven. Sujuk with cheese and zatar was really enjoyable. Spicy mayo on the side was nice as well. Shawarma looked liked it could promising as well! Staff member confirmed halal, they also had stickers on the window.

Newly renovated space (2024). Cute, cozy atmosphere. Clean. Well ventilated (great AC during summer. Convenient location just next to #harvardavenuestation . Harved Ave. On the green line.
Delicious Lebanese food. Great GYRO. 👍

It’s a simple spot. More of a grab and go. But there is seating if you want to eat in, which is what we did. Very well-mannered gents up front. Quick service.

Went in there with relatively high expectations, because of the thoughtful reviews. I was not disappointed. 5-stars on the food.
Tried the beef and lamb gyro, the chicken shawarma platter, and the zaatar and cheese flatbread. For desserts, the baklava and the little round dough balls in syrup (forgot their name 😅.)
Soooo goood!
The best baklava I’ve ever had. Less flaky, more sort of pastry-ish. Not sure how to describe it. Sweet, but not overwhelming. The chicken shawarma platter was a delight. Wow. The rice tasted buttery. Made to perfection. Not too dry. Not pasty. The chicken, perfectly seasoned and roasted. The whipped garlic — wow. 🤯 Can probably eat it on its own. 😅 It’s that good. Wonderfully whipped, smooth, and creamy. So was the hummus. The bread — they make it themselves, which was so nice to see. I don’t know what to compare it to / what it’s supposed to be like. So, not sure how to review it. It’s sort of dry, but soft. Kind of like a cross between a wrap and a pita, but with no pocket.
My friend had the gyro wrap. He said it was really good, but a little bit on the dry side. “A solid 8.” What would make it better? More of the spread (and maybe some of the whipped garlic on the side) so that it’d be less dry.
Lastly, the dough balls and the bread were the least impressive to me, not to say they were bad, just not memorable, especially in comparison to the other items.
Bottom line tho: highly recommend. It’s a treat.
