Very serene area. The water is calm
Beautiful view across the bay. Or is it an embayment called Port Phillip?
Somewhat windswept lookout that offers views over Port Phillip Bay as well as down the shore to St Kilda. Located just off the Bay Trail, it’s a quick detour if you’re passing by. Lots of food and drink options within a five minute walk. Based on the number of memorial plaques it seems to be a popular place to spread ashes of family members.

Ganz netter Aussichtspunkt auf den Melbourne Beach. Im Mai aber eher nicht für den Sonnenuntergang geeignet, da die Sonne zu weit im Westen hinter der Stadt untergeht.
It's a nice spot to enjoy the view around Port Melbourne and see all of the different kinds of ships coming and leaving Port Melbourne.
