I live in the Beacon at Waugh Chapel in Gambrills MD. My wife and I have lived there for 6 years (paid about $130,000.00 in rent). Maintenance is great however, the office management has changed and Donna is more interested in policy and money than human compassion and problem solving. My wife and I are Senior Citizens and recently I’ve had health issues and we had CO-VID for a month (July-August) which caused a hardship. Our lease has a 30 day notice while they hit us with a policy that says we have to give them a 60day notice. We were 8 days late in notifying Donna (Office Manager) that our lease was up September 11, 2022 so that we could move in good standing after being model residents for years. Calling the Office Manager in Washington DC we realized Donna had called her after we had trouble getting the number from her to have our issue heard and solved with compassion and resolution. I left a message to speak to someone in authority in order to resolve our issue and haven’t received any communication from PRP, LLC. I guess they’ll see me in rental court. Customer Service is terrible. Rev.

I live in an apartment in MD and since this management company has taken over the service, except for maintenance, is horrible. I have neighbors above me that have a child or a dog that runs back and forth for hours. Since I’m teleworking, it is becoming unbearable. When asked to move to another unit... I was told that I have to pay a $600 transfer fee and re-apply! Unbelievable!
