its a nice office building in the heart of Downtown DC
THE MOST DIFFICULT LANDLORD and BUILDING MANAGER to deal with after the lease was signed. Decisions and conditions related to any construction are not fully revealed and are capricious resulting in unexpected costs and inconveniences. Think about looking elsewhere for space unless you want headaches, legal costs, and added construction problems.
