Very well organised thank you

The shops seem to be all the same. If you just want to have an idea what the shops offer, you can do that at the port shop and not wonder through the crowded hot market.

A nice place to clear your goods

Don’t go by ferry to Tunis! We were not allowed to enter the country, even though we had all the necessary documents, i.e. the passport. I did not need a visa, and other people of other nationalities were in the same situation. (Germany and Lithuania). We were detained like animals for almost 5 hours in the port of Tunis, without access to wifi or roaming, we could not contact the Romanian embassy, and after the 5 hours we were forcibly boarded to another random ferry going to Italy, but to another destination. The Tunisian border police are very corrupt, aggressive and lack technology. They did not give us any reason why we could not enter the country. They claimed that we don't have the bill for the accommodation, and when I showed it to them, they didn't even want to look at it, or talk to the owner of the accommodation, to confirm that everything is fine. A traumatic and exhausting experience, in which we lost money and especially fatigue and time, wanting to visit their country, but we were not allowed.

Good & hot place🛳️🌞🏊✔️

Good facility, but limited shopping. A few hundred taxis outside the gates. Think there is electric train service into the city from the port.

We got shipped back to Italy again.
I’m a moto traveler btw, the customs want us to have a hotel confirmation and a return ticket.
A Airbnb accommodation is not valid.
The Grimaldi Line don’t even inform that I need a return ticket to enter the country.
GNV inform you about that.
The customs are not even helpful and lies in your face without any hesitation.
They want some bribes for sure.
The worst thing about that, they told us they want to help us but we have to go back to our ship to print our Airbnb invoices.
We bought the lie and followed a guy straight into the ship. We parked our motorcycles at the same place like before and at that point it smells fishy.
Grimaldi took our Passports hostage I’m now still in the ship and doesn’t get my passport.
Ofc we are also stupid to not inform us well about the customs, but also this country relies on tourists and a good reputation after all these things happen in the country.
They could help us to get a solution but just send us back again to Palermo.
It’s a short term thinking from them.
Unfortunately.
