Lack of service in the shop. Had to wait till employees will finish their conversation before I can pay lol

Emily & Dhalia are 2 exceptional young ladies and employees. I stopped into the store last night (Wednesday, Oct. 12th). Immediately upon entering, Emily greeted me with her beautiful smile. She made me feel very welcomed and comfortable in your store. She continued to help me with my return and full of new purchases which I’m in love with. Dhalia was like my assistant while I was trying on items and helping me with different sizes and also had a beautiful, kind smile and attitude. Dhalia worked hard to help me with my new purchases also. Both young ladies have a wonderful happy attitude which makes it so pleasant to be in your store and buy your beautiful new collection. Please let them know once again how wonderful they are. I look forward to coming back to this location many many times! Bravo Emily & Dhalia

I wanted to make a special mention to the manager who looked after me this morning at Dynamite place. So pleasant helpful really professional. I had to report an article she handled it in a courteous and transparent manner. I was reimbursed without complications. Obviously I bought other things. That’s great customer service

Je devais rapporter un article elle a gérer ça de façon courtoise et transparente. J’ai été remboursée sans complication. Évidemment j’ai rachetée d’autres choses. Had a return, bad service the sales associate took a phone call and started taking about her day. After yelled at another associate To take my return, laurie took my return with a bad attitude and was rude.
