Lovely clothes, rude staff. Act like they’re better than you.

I’ve been an aritzia customer for years and one of the reasons I love this brand is the customer service I’ve received. But the St-Bruno shop is the exception, the worst customer service ever!! Asking questions seem to not be allowed there, the SA looked at me as if I was a dumb person. My question was simply to ask if a few pieces I found online are/will be available at the shop. Never returning there again!

I have been an outstanding customer of Aritzia since they came out in the market. My preferred clothing brand for sure. Store managers have come and gone through the years and never had I any issues. But a recent return of a purchase I made a day after 2 days I got it from the store( I very rarely return things I buy) left a bad taste in my mouth. She could have handled this incident better in my opinion without having to treat me like a child being told off the way she did. I was certain I wanted the cardigan so I took the tag off once I got home. When I got home, i looked at my wardrobe and saw there were things i had that was similar to what I bought. I walked with it on me just to have the feel before finally deciding to return it the next day. In the process, i forgot to take the pill I had in one of the pockets. That one thing gave her the right to tell me off with prejudice. Poorly handled. People have the right to change their mind on a purchase.

Going in I thought prices were a bit high, but once I tried the clothes I understood why. Amazing quality and super flattering for all figures.

Service is decent. Their collection however updates less frequent than downtown store and not as conclusive. Always call for inventory before going is necessary if you're looking for particular piece. Since their sizing/fit often is unstable, online shopping is risky for this retailer due to annoying return policy.

Beautiful and trendy clothes. Great fabrics and large variety. Some are too pricey but and some can be very reasonable. Staff is always super friendly and helpful.
