The Barry island promenade Location has been used by the public for many years with most having an enjoyable experience, along the beach is multiple storefronts nestled between lifeguard stations, the yellow and red flags on the beach represent the safe spot that is monitored by the lifeguards allowing for a safe experience in the sea for children and inflatables

Bank holiday Monday was busy as one would expect, with easy parking,
Minimum payment £2.00 lots of food places pubs fun fair in full swing. Not a lot of traffic to get in or out. Which can sometimes spoil a day out. All in all a lovely afternoon.

It was a lovely bank holiday Monday but rather windy. Very clean and quiet. The whole promenade was towerd by the fun fair. There were some beach huts brightly decorated, which I believe you can rent for the day. The beach was beautiful and clean, although the sea was rather brown looking. Definitely still to cold for a paddle.

Crisp salt whispers greet,
Arcade jingles fill the air,
Smiles on Ferris wheel.

They have done a lot of work here to bring this up to scratch. There are a few cafes on the promenade and if you go down towards the crazy golf end there is fish and chip shops which are quote renowned. It's a nice day out, dog owners need to check the time of year going as the beach can't tolerate dogs all year around.
