You can kayak/ canoe for about 1km either up or downstream from Dan's Reserve jetty and then access is blocked by private causeways across Thompsons creek. Otherwise, there's plenty of birdlife and serenity to enjoy. There are no toilets or bins at Dan's Reserve ;certainly a toilet would help.
Small boat ramp perfect for kayaks, canoes and paddle boards. Picturesque creek with water birds and plenty to see and explore. One of the surf coasts hidden treasures.
