We have worked with Robert for about 10 years. After meeting and working with Robert we have no desire to ever work with a different engineer. He works with Smiley Renovations to come up with practical and reasonable repairs / engineering designs for new projects. I have consulted with APAC on Architectural projects for the last 7 years and have never been happier with the level of knowledge and professionalism he has displayed. Robert, has seen and worked on buildings of all types. There is very little he has not seen. In fact, when working on older houses in the DC area, I am amazed at his ability to deconstruct a building before a contractor has started stripping the plaster. His documents typically have very few comments from reviewing agencies and I have yet to have a contractor complain about his drawings. Most importantly he has been easy to work with offering information and solutions for issues that may arise on projects he has worked on with us, and sometimes projects that he has not worked on. I will always appreciate that level of collaboration.
