I had a shallow drip tray that came with my Steelmade flat top griddle. I called them, gave them the dimensions over the phone and asked for a price. I was think about $20-$25. They offered to make it for free!!!! It was ready the next business day!! Totally professional and friendly service.

Wonderful people. When placed a call - starting from front desk, courteously transferred to Scott J who discussed drawings briefly and within 20 minutes quotes provided and once agreed upon - sent drawing to shop. Jamie at shop provided creative solution assisted in providing a design we were looking for. Minor modification was handled just courteously and without excuses.
