Offcourse no one does fried chicken like bonbird in all of dubai, i’m so happy they’ve come to mirdif city centre, they’re a pickl sister company but the taste profile is very different than pickl and offcourse i would recommend to try not just the fried chicken bone inn but the boneless tenders to, the best thing is the korean bbq chicken rice and also there’s a cheese toastie with chicken inside that’s amazing and offcourse the 9 aed wrap is a star snack

Just one word: Exceptional!
After reading the largely positive reviews we decided to check this place out for lunch. A fine little fried chicken spot nestled in the heart of City Walk.
Upon entry we were greeted by a kind and friendly server who guided us through the options as it was our first time. We ordered the 3 pc bone-in 'Ck'n Salt' chicken meal and 3 pc Tenders meal with 'Medium' spice level.
The fried chicken was done to perfection: right amount of crunch and incredibly moist. The whole meal didn't taste artifical or processed compared to the well known mainstream outlets.
Highly recommend to give this place a try for an almost authentic experience without breaking the bank! :D

Overall, surprisingly disappointed and overrated.
I ordered 3 pieces of bone-in chicken, 1 wrap, and 1 cheese melt.
I wanted to try different spice levels so I got nashville (the highest) + spicy + medium.
The bone-in chicken might've been the worst I had ever tried. It is extremely bad. Generally speaking, if you take one thing from this review, know that ordering the highest level of spiciness here simply does not taste good. I could not believe these guys were related to pickl. It literally felt like I was eating cayenne powder or red chili powder.
I actually love the nashville dust/oil/powder when done right (see toit, David's hot chicken, pepper, jail bird, and usually pickl.) - that is, when the flavour is good. I can handle the spice, but the TASTE was just TERRIBLE. I'm not joking when I say I felt like I was eating powder off the shelf.
The chicken itself was not bad. It was quite tender, actually, perhaps impressively so.
The other bad thing was the cheese melt. Additionally, the cheese didn't taste great and overall was way too dominant over the chicken.
The wrap was probably the only thing I thought I might order again. It was OK. Maybe I'll order it instead of KFC's twister, but at a medium or semi-hot spice level instead.
I ordered vanilla milkshake, which was not bad. It helped with the slice and was a good palate cleanser, although it was relatively small in size. It wasn't the best but it wasn't bad.
Lastly, none of the things I ordered came with sauce. Like I paid close to 90 dirhams but wasn't even offered complimentary sauce.
They did not k have any offers available (no fazaa or esaad, etc) but admittedly, they had just opened.
Overall, it seems overly hyped up and marketed without good reason. Go to pickl instead or some other place for now.

Accidentally came across this little eatery & feel in love with it.
Loved the burgers, sando, wraps & rice bowls. Perfect blend of fried chicken, pillowy soft buns and bread, tangy sauces lastly their meaty & hearty rice bowl.
P.s Cherry on top their crispy friessssss🤤😍

I tried BonBird for the very first time. I tried it at the newly opened Mirdif City Center.
I was recommended the Bone In Medium Spicy Chicken and I chose the Chicken n’ Salt flavor for the fries. It was delicious. Freshly prepared and piping hot, the chicken was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfectly seasoned with the level of spiciness that suited my palate. The flavor for the fries was delicious too.
Bonbird at Mirdif City Center is located close to the North Food Court and so you can choose to sit at the restaurant or buy a takeout and eat at the food court.
I personally would recommend to eat it at the restaurant and not takeaway. The chicken will taste much better eaten freshly prepared at the restaurant or the food court.
And since we were there for their opening we were treated to their vegan banana icecream.

The chicken melt sandwich have so much cheese sauce wasn’t good and overpower the chicken taste and the special sauce wasn’t tasty
The Korean Sandwich was good 👍🏻
The spicy fries was also very good

It is an excellent place to visit and taste fried chicken with different levels of spices. The service is perfect, and the food didn't take a long time to come. Don't miss the taste and try it out
