Overall, surprisingly disappointed and overrated.
I ordered 3 pieces of bone-in chicken, 1 wrap, and 1 cheese melt.
I wanted to try different spice levels so I got nashville (the highest) + spicy + medium.
The bone-in chicken might've been the worst I had ever tried. It is extremely bad. Generally speaking, if you take one thing from this review, know that ordering the highest level of spiciness here simply does not taste good. I could not believe these guys were related to pickl. It literally felt like I was eating cayenne powder or red chili powder.
I actually love the nashville dust/oil/powder when done right (see toit, David's hot chicken, pepper, jail bird, and usually pickl.) - that is, when the flavour is good. I can handle the spice, but the TASTE was just TERRIBLE. I'm not joking when I say I felt like I was eating powder off the shelf.
The chicken itself was not bad. It was quite tender, actually, perhaps impressively so.
The other bad thing was the cheese melt. Additionally, the cheese didn't taste great and overall was way too dominant over the chicken.
The wrap was probably the only thing I thought I might order again. It was OK. Maybe I'll order it instead of KFC's twister, but at a medium or semi-hot spice level instead.
I ordered vanilla milkshake, which was not bad. It helped with the slice and was a good palate cleanser, although it was relatively small in size. It wasn't the best but it wasn't bad.
Lastly, none of the things I ordered came with sauce. Like I paid close to 90 dirhams but wasn't even offered complimentary sauce.
They did not k have any offers available (no fazaa or esaad, etc) but admittedly, they had just opened.
Overall, it seems overly hyped up and marketed without good reason. Go to pickl instead or some other place for now.

It is ridiculous that we are encouraged to use your official website to receive the best service and then not provide said service. The Rotana Hotel should be better than this, given the name.
We were a newly-married couple living abroad and we booked our stay 2 months in advance, for a tier that would have us stay on a floor between floor 25 and 32.
When I arrived on the day of my wedding to check in, I was given the wrong room and the lowest floor. When I informed the staff that I had booked 2 months in advance and specifically requested in my notes when booking to be given a higher floor (which is why I booked so early on), I was told that the notes didn't appear on the system. I was told this by two different staff members, despite being told 2 months before on the phone when I called internationally that my notes would be paid attention to. On the contrary, when I arrived, it was like a surprise. Nobody knew anything about the booking and the notes were nowhere to be seen, and I was told every single room in the hotel was already booked.
Later, when I went to check the room, I found it smaller than the one I had paid for. After talking to multiple staff members, they seemed to find out then and there that they could in fact access my notes. Despite accessing them, they asked me to summarise what the notes said (as if they didn't understand English). I told them to read the notes because it's all written there. I then overheard staff members telling asking each other why they had given me the wrong kind of room, and one staff member asking the other "why didn't you check?" to which he answered "I don't know" and then was told "you should have checked". I also heard them saying they had incorrectly given me a "single". I also couldn't help but notice that there were actually many vacant rooms - not that the hotel was totally booked. Later on, a higher ranking staff member gave me "his word" that the correct arrangements would be made, and asked me for any special requests to make it up to me. I told him I just needed a good room and told him to forget about everything the notes said.
I informed him that the whole process of booking in advance and checking in early, many hours before my wedding, was to avoid issues. He promised he would make sure to arrange for everything as needed. Later on that night, after the wedding, I was happy to see that was indeed done. We were given a gift in the hotel room and we were given a better room, which we liked, and would like to book again - if only it had a bidet sprayer (shattafa) rather than the seated bidet.
Other than that, we had trouble connecting to the tv via the casting service. It kept disconnecting randomly and lagging. Finally, the digital indicator below the TV was quite bright at night, and we had to cover it with a towel.
For the breakfast buffet, a greater variety of items would be appreciated.
The swimming pool is rather small.
For some service matters when we first got to the room, we had to call multiple times or go down to the reception desk to make sure the matter is dealt with (such as there being only 1 towel instead of 2 for us couple, or having only 1 pair of slippers, 1 toothbrush set, etc. Speaking of the toothbrush set, the refill only gave us one instead of 2, although we had requested a second one (they cleaned up 2 and gave us 1 back).

I think this is one of the best mosques in Sharjah. God bless and reward whoever built and is maintaining this mosque. There are parking spaces, decent toilets, staff to clean and maintain the toilets, and toilet paper and paper towels. Great area for wudoo'.
July 2024 update:
Still amazing burgers and sandwiches. There's no need to go to any franchise for your burger needs. They have a bunch of new burgers on their menu. Their prices seem to have increased a little bit but it's still better value than anything else out there.
I still have not tried anything that I didn't like. Everything is delicious.
They also serve kinza cola.
Bring cash and come here and you won't regret it.
This time we had the godfather burger and the zinger crepe, both of which were a treat and we're very fulfilling.

Loved the place! Shop owner is a nice, honest gentleman with a sense of humour.
Highly recommend their burgers. The shop owner can recommend burgers based on your preferences but all the ones I've tried have been great 👌 reasonable prices and great value for what you get.
I feel like ordering only from here from now on instead of other fast food franchises.
Most burgers are reasonably-priced and if you want fries you can add 3 dhs on top of that, which is amazing. I wish them the best.
We tried the Sindbad burger, boss burger, smoked burger, and brisket burger and liked all of them - they all had a unique flavour. The pictures I took this time don't do it justice but I was hungry so I just took some quick ones 🤷♂️
Would love to try their chicken stuff next time.
They don't deliver by talabat and only take cash, and they have only a few drivers so you need to order in advance - more than an hour before they close - otherwise they can't deliver

Deliveroo delivers from them to Sharjah, unless they have another branch in Sharjah
I was surprised a milkshake from a place that has "shawarma" in the name but not on the menu would be so good. (4/5⭐ for the taste)
I had some some reservations regarding packaging, but they seem to have solved them!
The milkshakes tasted quite good. They could always use being more concentrated, though.
