Noor Mahal Restaurant

Food: At Noor Mahal, the biryani was disappointing. It lacked flavor, tasting more like plain rice with gravy, and was overpriced for what was offered.

Ambience: The dining space was clean and seemed geared towards fast dining.

Customer Service: The customer service was adequate but unremarkable.

I went from here today on 19.05.24 with family and bought biryani, noodles, parotta, beef and falooda and the sauce that came with the noodles was very old.. and the food is bad overall.. bought falooda and did not eat it.. fruits were very old in falooda. Such bad old food selling inside the city should be watch by the concerned authorities. Very bad food.. Not recommended

Ordered alfahm mandhi. When they served it was too cold and the rice was overcooked and it seems like reheated rice.nothing is fresh here. They give big chunks of raw onion as salad.Lack of cleaness. Waited 1 hr for getting my lime juice after the food. Worst ever manthi I had. The juice glass was half brocken due to its age.

Very disappointed. Bought two biriyani from here, cost 420(parcel). 1 biriyani 210. I still don't know what's worth for 210. Very small quantity and cost was very high and the taste was also bad.. 👎👎

Totally disappointed with the food and service. This restaurant is situated in between two Zam Zam restaurants in Palayam. So accidentally entered here thinking that it is Zam Zam. The restaurant was completely empty at 10PM.
We ordered American Chopsuey and Shawaya. Both dishes disappointed us. The quarter Shawarma quantity was very less. Taste wise also it was not that good. We will not recommend this place to anyone.

This is in between the two zam zam in Palayam. Both the zam zam were crowded so we decided to dine here. The first thing you notice is that this place has only a few customers even though it has enough seating space.
We ordered the Dragon Chicken, Fried Rice, Butter Chicken and an ice cream. The food was decent but a bit pricey. The butter chicken was okay. The dragon chicken was good. Fried rice was a bit dull. And the ice cream was bad.
It is pretty okay, but since zam zam is next to it, they need to up their food taste and quality.

Food was tasty but the arrangements are not that much impressive. Please do not let your customers to ask you for taking orders. Repair AC on the first floor or do some arrangements. In this summer time it is very difficult to sit and have food in a closed room without AC.

Except these issues I did not felt anything bad. Clear all these issues ASAP and then this will be a better restaurant in Kollam Bypass. Best of luck.

I tried out shawaya with khuboos,sharjah from this place as these were very new dishes for me. They roasted the chicken very well. Chicken was really juicy and tender. Sharjah is a drink which was really refreshing and full of fresh fruits. Similar to falooda but didi not taste like falooda. They could serve better. I felt the khuboos was much raw.
