Hotline sagt im A1 Shop Internet zurück geben zwecks Testphase und im Shop heißt es das es nicht geht weil es eine online bestellung ist. HÄ?????? Wenn ich im Shop anmelde habe ich eh kein Rücktrittsrecht..

I waited more than 30 min. just to get to the counter. It took them another 30 minutes just to print a form for changing the carrier. I could not pay with a card. The guy tried his best but the system developed by A1 is slow and it requires too many steps
