Got bottomless drinks here and had a great time. The owner/manager gave me and my partner free wet kitty shots for her birthday. The food went alright as well.

It's a nice atmosphere, and the staff were really nice.

It's a very racist place. We visited on a friday where there was an offer on cocktails which was not offered to us because of the girl and boy behind the bar thought we were ignorant. After having the first cocktails which we paid full price for prior to leaving i confronted the bartender to which their response was "sorry we weren't aware of the offer but happy to charge only the difference for the next drink" which was clearly a lie.
Also the kitchen closes pretty early, we were there at 7.30pm on a friday and was advised that the kitchen was already.

Disappointed

Got tickets for the Rock Band event. Showed up right on time and the doors were locked, both the front and back entrance. We tried calling 10+ times and they didn't pick up. No cancellation notice on Instagram or Facebook. I had to log in to my Eventbrite account and only then could I see that the event had been cancelled (at midnight, about 10 hours before event start time). That message was from Eventbrite directly, Top Yard didn't bother to reach out to people with any explanation or apology. When they finally replied to our texts an hour later, they simply said "Yes it's cancelled." Incredibly unprofessional.

I was really excited because it was my birthday weekend too, and it was absolutely ruined because of this.

Top Yard, don't bother reaching out to me saying you "value customer feedback" because you don't value customers once they show up. This is the second scheduling issue we've experienced with you (don't even get me started on the $3 card surcharge for a $15 drink.) Congratulations, you've just lost the patronship of me, my partner, and the friends who wanted to celebrate my birthday with me.

I just had my 21st here and had the most memorable night. Lisa was such an incredible host of the night, so professional and amazing. The vibes were absolutely through the roof and the show was amazing, would recommend this to everyone and anyone. Thank you guys for making my birthday so special.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. We waited over 1 1/2 hours for food, the people next to us waited over 2 hours, we asked 5 different servers and they were all unhelpful. Even a simple lemonade took an hour to get to our table. We booked for 20 people and we’re given a table that barley fit 10. Most people who had booked their booked in advanced so they should have known to schedule enough staff, it’s not like it was a surprise. Not to mention after waiting an eternity the plate of chips we were served was very small. None of the group I attended with will ever be dining or drinking here again. The owner should be ashamed of the service that was given. I hope they seriously reconsider how they run the place. On top of all this, my friend who’s birthday was already being ruined by the terrible service, had booked us in until 10:30 however at 9:45, not long after finally getting some food, everyone, not just our group, was kicked out due to a function that was apparently coming. We were yelled at by a man from staff to hurry up as we tried to collect our belongings and made sure everyone was accounted for. After making us wait almost 2 hours for food you think they could allow us 2 minutes to leave. Absolutely disgraceful.

Can not fault a thing about the place. Had joint party there and it was fantastic. Staff were awesome and really helpful with making the event go off with out a problem.
