First class service. I went in to get a replacement tap insert that wasn't working as it should. The guv'nor took one look at it and said, "The O ring's too big." He put a smaller on and said, "That's on me."
That's what I call proper customer service, thank you.
Oh, just refitted it and it works a treat!

Incredibly helpful. Gentleman offered good advise to help me out with a problem with my caravan.
