Dr. Ganga is fantastic; she is very kind and offers the prompt service I have ever received in Australia. Also, the receptionists are quite helpful with all correspondence.

Disappointed in the fees charged at this clinic, went in for a follow up appointment on blood tests and was charged a $70 fee even though I had paid $110 the day before, after questioning it I was told it was because I had a 20 min appointment talking about multiple things, but everything that was discussed was all in relation to the tests I had and the original reason I went in for, seems like revenue collecting to me, the dr also seemed unsure and I now feel like I need to see another gp for a second opinion, not how you should feel after leaving a drs clinic.

Selling mask for $1 !! which means $50 per box if the patients don’t buy it, they will turn them away!! hopeless and frustrating even didn't offer a mask for free

Dr Emilia is compassionate, empathetic and well educated in various aspects of patient care. She tells it how it is while remaining professional and caring.. Best Dr. I’ve ever had by far! Highly recommend this clinic lovely staff

Terrible.
They charge you $1 for mask, otherwise it has to wait outside. Too bad, it’s super cold and raining outside, waited for 15 minutes in rain before I can see the doctor (appointment starts at 10:15 but didn’t get to see the doctor around 10:30 ish)
$70 for a consult.
They advertised as bulk billing at the front, but they said they’ve changed their service early this year. False advertisement.

Mason Point Medical is a fantastic GP clinic, after searching for a long time for a good clinic this place has become the one I regularly visit now. Dr Emilia is brilliant- her manner is caring and supportive, and she goes out of her way to provide extensive advice on managing your health.

Dr Ganga is fantastic. I am a young woman with very severe endometriosis and have been gaslighted by many drs in the past. Dr Ganga has never judged me, always believed my pain levels and is very clearly trained well in chronic pain (unlike many others). Thanks to Dr Ganga and my regular pain management I am able to work again and kick goals under my terms. Very difficult to find a GP like this so a very big thank you from the bottom of my heart.
