Well the only staff member that was helpful friendly and of great assistance was Elisha. Friendly, pleasant and helped. Other staff were disinterested and abruptly said is that all. The other assistant was complaining in front of me about the lack of staff. The customer doesn't need to hear this. 5 stars to Elisha who usually works at the other Mernda store we need more customer service staff like her

My favourite chemist. Good logical layout of products on shelves, polite and helpful pharmacists and retail staff, but often a queue waiting for pick up of prescription medication in peak periods so order online via the CW app.

Horrible experience. Waited 15 mins just to drop off my prescription. Then the elderly Caucasian lady behind the dispensary counter had an appalling attitude. Started off nice, I wanted a simple script dispensed. She didn’t mention the wait, so I asked roughly how long it would take.

She then switched up completely and rudely stated it’s an hour, there’s 20 people ahead of you. I said that’s fine, I’ll come back later don’t dispense it right now, as I couldn’t wait that long. She then got defensive and kept repeating how there’s twenty people waiting and it’s an hour long wait, and that I’ve had my prescription for a while and should’ve come in earlier. How long I’ve had my prescription for is none of her business!

Needless to say, I didn’t see twenty people waiting anywhere in the shop. How incompetent are you to take an hour to dispense a simple rx? Completely ridiculous waiting times and disgusting attitude from staff. Took my business to mernda junction where I had it done in less than 10 minutes. Will not be returning.

A very frustrating experience. Never going back to this store.
It took 50 mins for me to get a single prescription medicine today. This was an urgent case and they first took 10 mins to locate the prescription email from the doctor and then said it will take 30 mins. Seriously 30 mins?? The store wasn't that busy so why would it take 30 mins to get a medicine which doesn't require mixing prep. I checked for an update after 25 mins and there on every 5 min until it was 50 mins for me to get the medicine. This is completely NOT acceptable as my mother is a serious BP patient and this delay has caused a lot of damage already. I had to leave my new born to get to the store for medicine. I want the store manager to provide a fair explanation to this delay. I literally cried out at the store and it had no impact and they took their sweet 50 mins to process a SINGLE medicine for me. If this is not addressed, I would like to take further action.

The staff here are so lovely and super helpful. I often shop in store and do click and collect too. The click and collect is always super fast and perfectly done - much quicker than me searching for things myself. I’m very grateful for the staff for offering this service as it saves me time! Honestly, I actually prefer this CW store to a larger one nearby because the staff are just so nice and really quick on the registers too. Even when there is a line, it is never a long wait. Great store! :-)

very disappointed at customer service,

My trips to overseas come up next week that why i get to store buy some supplement bring home for my big family.

i walked in store with my 2 kids about 4pm 21 Jun, try looked for some Thompson product and only 3 bottles left on shelf, there’s the lady name’s JEN (that what hers co-worker SHIVANI told me when i back there just to ask what’s her name) , i asked her that

Me: “can you pls check if there’s any left in store?”
JEN customer Service: how many do you want?
Me: i want about 10 and there’s only 3 left
JEN raised her’s voice and staring at me in front my both kid : 10 you want 10, we never sale that much in this product
Me: why not?
JEN: because it’s never happened, there’s no one come in 1 day and buy 10 bottles of it
Me: i did, all the time (i bought a lot to send home any time my friend or my cousin or me going home) so can you check for me if there’s any store have them instock?
JEN: okay, there’s Mernda…., Epping…
Me: thank you, i’ll going there.

As soon as i walked out from the counter both of them JEN and her’s co-worker SHIVANI started talking about me and laugh out loud,

because i was with my kids they’re tried from all day of school so i didn’t come in front of they face and say anything to them, but i feel like they dispected, unpolite, rude and racist to me. Or they’re thinking that i must be stupid come to store to buy a bunch of supplements to get my brain fix

I would never come back there again
