I bought a shoes yesterday and asked them if I can return it, they said yes and confirmed that I have 14 days to do so. I went today to return it and they start saying they don't have cash and they foce me to buy other stuff instead. This is so unprofessional, I would prefer if they were honest from the beginning and said that they don't accepte return.
