I have had two awful experiences with this facility due to gross incompetence by the receptionist at this facility.
The latest experience: I was scheduled last minute for a 3:30 appointment same day, to have my foot x rayed. I arrived around 3:45 (driving to auburn from Columbus) and the receptionist stonewalled me over insurance, claiming to be unsure if they were part of my insurance network (they are, something I was able to verify in less than a minute on my insurance’s website). After stonewalling me for the better part of 20 minutes she claimed I had to reschedule because it was close to closing time. I begged to be seen, even offering to pay out of network costs, because of how much pain I was in, and was refused. I called the Bent Creek facility and informed them I will not be doing business with them ever again because of this experience.
