Chin Chin

The female delivery driver is very rude. My company orders from them all the time and we leave pretty decent tips.. i was stuck in a meeting and couldn’t come down to the front desk so I asked her to just leave it and she snapped at me and hung up in my face. I will not be ordering from chin chin anymore

I was a good customer but bad service special the owner very expensive they give you a little food. guys go that one the next door by Domino that's the one the best excellent service to I am happy I find the right spot 😊

Chin Chin lost a loyal customer. I have been going here for many years. When I called Chin Chin at 254 pm on Saturday, September 7 and asked if it was possible to still order a lunch box since their menu says that a person can order a lunch box to 3pm. The man answering the phone said "No lunch box" and hung up the phone.
I was surprised that he didn't ask me if I wanted to order something else. Yet to be rude to me isn't acceptable.
I congratulate Chin Chin on them losing me as a loyal customer.
I will now go to other places to get pick up food. Places that value customers calling to place an order and have staff that are more helpful and have a more pleasant attitude.

Unnecessarily rude to me when I called to order delivery. I simply asked if an item had vegetables in it because it didn't specify on the menu. The guy who answered was impatient and rude. I wouldn't spend my hard earned money at a place like this. It's not that great.

Food was actually awful. We were hungry so we ate it and it's a 15 minute drive from where we are to return it. The lo mein was squishy and bland. The veggies in all of thendishes were hard and undercooked. The batter was thick and gross. Everything was pretty bland. The fried rice didnt even seem like it was fried rice.... jusr rice with soy sauce. The fortune cookies were the best part of this very disappointing meal.
We got beef and mixed veg
Shrimp lo mein
Orange chicken
Sweet&sour shrimp
Fried rice
Cream cheese wontons
Veggie egg rolls.

I wouldn’t feed this to a dog. Hot chilli oil taste like dirt ..literally though. Do NOT waste your money here. Chicken wings tasted like they were fried in month old oil with an odd chemical taste. Had to throw it all out.

Chin Chin is a pretty standard Chinese food restaurant with reasonable prices, fair portions, and a minimal, no-frills storefront. The staff member I interacted with for my order was very nice, and the food was quick to arrive.

I was initially a bit surprised when they said they did not offer cups of water, but they very graciously provided a bottle of water with our meal.
