Eric the manager was super kind and patient with us. He was able to explain ever about the menu in detail. We felt so welcomed and he was very patient with us. Thank you Eric for the great experience, will definitely be coming back.
Just had a thrilling experience at this Touhy location. Not only was my online order on time but it was cooked so delicious!! Come to find out it’s a ONE MAN SHOW!! JERRY IS LITERALLY DOING IT ALL 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Very flavorless and everything had a weird texture. The pasta falls apart in your mouth and isn’t chewy. The thin pesto “sauce” was flavorless and slimy like it was thickened with starch, and the included vegetables, tomatoes and mushrooms, were totally raw. Which wouldn’t be so bad except they were also flavorless.
Disappointed tonight. Ordered ahead and the service was awful. Lots of workers but service was terrible. Took way too long for the food and it wasn't great. Noodles needs to improve. They are not what they once were. I hope they get better.
The staff was nice. I placed an order on their app and it was ready around the estimated time which was nice. It also seemed like it was pretty clean inside. The food was pretty good and there was a decent amount of grilled chicken. Overall decent experience and I would go back!
Noodles and Co quality has gone down. We visited as a family last night. Tables had cold food bits and old number tags on them, weren’t wiped down, only one guy worked the entire front counter for pickups and new dining orders, and they ran out of items for the day. My son’s mac was cold and the shredded cheese wasn’t melted. My Pad Thai was a disaster; more like an overcooked crepe in a bowl of white noodles. It wasn’t like this a few years ago. Hard pass going forward. There are many other choices within two blocks of this location.
A good place to have Mac and Cheese. A little sad that they no longer serve Beef Stroganoff and Truffle Mac and Cheese. It's been a while since I visited Noodles & Co. With those two items gone, it would probably be some time until I visit again. Also, this location does not sanitize their table after every customer.
