mid. that's all i can describe this place as. when i walked in i immediately noticed the overwhelming mediocrity around me, it was... mid. every clothes store there was mid too, every single aspect of it, the price, quality, and even the layout. next i visited the bar, again it was mid, they poured mid drinks but not terrible ones like what those guys did in that one video. then i went to the toilets after having my mid drink and again they were mid, nothing special at all. there was an arcade too, they had a mid game selection. i notice "gems" in the tag, but there are no gems to be found here, only mediocrity.
mid/5, go here if you're a fan of mid.

Hidden in a little arcade next to China Town, this little shop has one of the best thick katsu I had in Melbourne.
Tonight I had the Pork Striploin Cut with Kaki (fried oyster) in a rice and soup set.
The place is a little pricey but it is well worth it (evident by the long line waiting outside after 6, so make sure you either be here early or be prepared to wait for a bit)

Lots of hidden gems on level 1 up the escalator, and a nice Japanese restaurant on level 2.

It is a good place. I liked the ramen. But for the price and ambience I'd prefer going to Shujinko ramen.
Free additional noodles is a good option. But I liked the Shujinko Broth better.
