I had a wonderful experience at the Ghana Embassy in Berne while applying for my passport. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the entire process smooth and efficient. They provided excellent treatment and guidance, ensuring all my questions were answered. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and recommend their services without hesitation.
Arbitrary and disrespectful treatment of a staff member. I paid 200.- CHF for an express visa (after having this option recommended to me by the embassy by phone and fullfilling all requirements of the visa-application - but because the page was down i couldnt upload the required files-) and got nothing but disrespectful treatment which made me leave the building crying. No refund of the money or reaction by mail of any kind.
Unfriendly and the man laughed at us bc we are not able to travel... What a circus this is, these guys are doing nothing but drinking coffee and laugh. They will never achieve something in live! Born Losers!
Very helpful staff when I rang up about my visa application.
The phone is never picked up. The live chat function is bad in that the feedback I have received does not correspond to the truth of the consulate in Bern at all. I was told in the consulate that these are employees who are at home in London and cannot provide any information at all. According to false information from the live chat about my passport, which will supposedly be sent to me at a later date than planned, I applied for a certificate for which I had to transfer money. Now I am being refused a refund because they "simply don't do that". A shame

I had a very positive experience when visiting the consular section (without an appointment) to obtain an express visa. There was no wait time, a very friendly and professional member of the consular team accepted my documents and two hours later, I received my visa and a receipt for the fee I paid in cash.
