Honestly this is a shame
No website
They go through Facebook but no information for Tunisian citizens regarding IDs and passport…
They are NOT answering to calls
Very useless and paid to do nothing….

THIS IS A SHAME!!!!!

Ich bedanke mich beim tunesischen Konsulat. Nachdem ich mehrmals angerufen habe, auf eine nicht mehr aktive Nummer und sich niemand gemeldet hat, habe ich ein Email geschrieben. Das Konsulat hat sich bei mir telefonisch gemeldet. Die offenen Fragen konnten geklärt werden.
Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.👍

as I understand no one will pick up the phone buuuttt the service is great there ! haha I guess I have to travel to ask about something.....!!!!!!!

Quick service, friendly and helpful staff! I have been to many Tunisian representations abroad and this is the best one!

The worst embassy on earth
They never pick the phone, gives wrong information, takes more than a month “after they said maximum a month and the visa will be here”
And how cold and irresponsible these people i can’t believe how they work in the first place.
If i would fine less than 1 star I would do it.
