I know many had a bad experience. Not us. Greeted IMMEDIATELY, the employee who helped us, was SUPER sweet, even though I was asking for 10,000 things..smh, she was VERY accommodating. I asked for a bag for my peanuts, my husband asked for a bag to carry the food back to our home. I mean she was super sweet. Put my jalapeños in a small container. It was a PERFECT experience and their score is 100A. 🤩🤩🤩 Thanks so much☺️

DO NOT COME HERE ! They will take your money and give you the wrong food and not even be apologetic about it . I have been trying to rectify with the store for two days now to get a refund because they incorrectly did my burger and because they put cheese all over it. I am lactose intolerant and wasn’t even able to enjoy it. The man, the person said I had to wait for district manager to issue a refund. Then I called the second day and then that manager says she would have an email to me showing that she issued a refund by the end of the business day. It got towards the end of the business day, so I called up there again and this time I waited 10 minutes on hold and then when I hung up because I thought that they forgot I was on the phone called and then the phone went straight to voicemail as if the phone was turned off. Very upsetting And will be calling corporate on the store.

Five Guys never disappoints! Their burgers are juicy, flavorful, and customizable to perfection. Food is always good, fresh off the grill and made to order! And they give you an insane amount of fries!

Store is clean and service is good. Fries had so much Cajun seasoning on them they were inedible. I ordered a burger in a lettuce wrap. Not sure why it was COVERED in jalapeños when none were ordered. It took great skill to get every inch of the burger covered though. I don't mind paying the price if we can actually eat the food.

Location is good but parking is not and even though it is a burger joint, I’ll take the hot dog (prepared like a Chicago Dog) any day and the have good fries when they are hot! …and the Chocolate shake is a delight! Very good Service, also!!! Thanks!

This was my first time visiting Five Guys since they moved from across the street to this location. Parking was pretty easy and I was able to find a spot right out front. When entering, the place was really neat and clean. I ordered a cheeseburger all the way. My food was ready promptly. I wasn't aware that the burger came with two patties. Had I known, I probably would ordered a single because it was a lot of food.

Ultimately, I would come back but now I know a little better about what to order.

They are too scared to enforce the facemask rule. Restaurants have a responsibility to keep their staff and their customers safe. It's a simple request and can be handled very appropriately.

When I pointed it out, they half heartedly apologized - and told me they can't check everyone. Um, yes you can, and he just ordered at the counter!!

Then once I left the counter, the very next customer didn't have one and they served him without saying anything.

I went back pointed that out. They did NOTHING. I think they knew the guy.

It wasn't that busy, but it was REALLY slow. And for the entire time we were there no one wiped or cleaned a table. We had to clean our own with hand sanitizer.

Burgers were tasty, fries were super salty.

Please just commit to providing a safe and clean environment.
