I was in the same time as a famous celebrity and the staff treated me like I was not there..waited around to be served for ages and they also charge me extra for item I did not have, lucky I got a receipt. Please treat all customers equally with the same respect or close your shop if you are not going look after your customers! Disappointed especially for price they charge in there.
Really lovely staff my dogs love going to Pet Pavilion and come out looking beautiful. Excellent service always!⭐️⭐️❤️🤗🐶🦮
My dog goes off very happily with Vivien . He returns beautifully groomed and happy.
I’ve been having my dog, Mazzy groomed with teeth cleaning with Vivian for the last seven years and Vivian is very kind and gentle and has a wonderful way with Mazzy and she always looks and smells wonderful afterwards!!

Vivian is the best groomer in the neighbourhood. We have tried different ones and came back to her. She is very knowledgeable and always does thorough examination of Poppy’s ears, teeth etc. Her cut is always neat and clean and Poppy loves her. Thank you so much Viv ❤️
Ridiculous pricing. Don't bother.
I lost my lead in the common so went inside to get an emergency replacement. £12.99 for the most basic lead you could imagine.
They have a lot of things but finding something with a price on is very difficult.
The following week, after buying a much more affordable and higher quality lead from elsewhere, I tried to return the overpriced lead. They told me that without a tag, I could only get an exchange on items up to that value. I picked up some of my usual dog treats (£3.30, even at the vets!), "£5.99". Ridiculous, if I wasn't there to try to recoup the money they took from me, I would have left immediately.
I rarely think about rating somewhere this poorly but it was just extortionate. Pet products should be at their RRP, not inflated prices. I don't understand how they still have business.
