If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the most pathetic excuse for a lounge. The only beverage in the fridge was spirite. They have a coffee machine and there was one Croissant left for food. I hope no body is paying to enter this lounge.
Truly Truly advice you not to go to this place. I’d rather set on the airport floor and not been there. The bathroom smells horrible and the doors doesn’t lock. Prayer room smell like socks. It really was a baaaaad experience
My visit to Pearl Lounge was truly disappointing. The employees were incredibly rude, especially the check-in person. The food and beverages were of poor quality and far from what I expected. The bathrooms were dirty and had a horrible smell, making the entire experience unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone based on my visit.
The check in process takes longer than the time you’d want stay in the lounge.. whoever is running this place, hats off for staying open with the absence of qualifications
First time at this airport and was a bit disappointed. Lounge was cold and uncomfortable. There was food to pay for that looked bad and then there was free food that looked even worst. Needs to be more warm and inviting. Reminds me of an upgraded break room at work.
We were given a few pastries which were okay. We were feeling hopeful when we saw chafing dishes on the serving counter and a large, empty display case that are not even in use. We thought items were going to be replenished but there was never anything in them to begin with. The side counter had two old items left in a display case and we were told that they weren’t putting anything else out. The lounge itself is pleasant enough. There is an enclosed play area for children and there is also an enclosed smoking room. The lounge smells of smoke regardless of the enclosed smoking room. The lounge was virtually empty but little to no effort was made by the staff to clear tables that had been used. Very disappointing.

Second pic: cold "food" in a fridge. Theres mini cold cut sandwiches that they microwave for you. Heres the kicker: theres burger sliders BUT thats only for BUSINESS!
