We had an amazing experience at Gravity Zone, thanks to Ryan! He was fantastic with the kids, making sure they were engaged and having fun the whole time. Ryan took the time to arrange everything perfectly, ensuring the activities were well-organized and safe. His friendly attitude and professionalism made the day even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend asking for Ryan if you want a smooth and fun-filled experience!

Gravity Zone offers an exciting array of trampolines and obstacle courses, making it a popular spot for birthday parties and group outings. The variety of activities provides plenty of fun for kids and adults alike.

Maybe it was the day we came, but the lack of staff supervision on the floor was concerning, leading to a chaotic atmosphere, especially during busy times. We were also rushed out upon closing but asked originally if we wanted to book a party that went 30 minutes past closing time. Some younger staff walked past us in the car park to go home in a hurry and she was swearing for our kids to hear.

While the venue has potential as a fun destination, it could greatly benefit from increased staffing. The lack of structure made it challenging as older kids were pushing past the little ones on trampolines. Despite these drawbacks, the core activities are enjoyable, offering a good mix of physical challenges and entertainment.

Overall, Gravity Zone can be a fun experience, but be prepared for a potentially hectic environment, especially during peak times or group events. With better organisation and more staff presence, it could become a top-notch destination for active fun.

Good - not great. We arrived as the only customers there early on a Friday morning (9.12am to be exact) two female staff were behind the counter and neither even realised we were there. I had to call out to get their attention. We explained to the young girl who served us this was our first time and we were unsure of what to pay for/what was suitable for us with a young child. She just charged us an entry fee (a suggestion that maybe a discount for a second adult with a young child could be given - was very expensive for extra adult who also spent whole time with a little child) pointed to a QR code and said sign waiver and walked off. Very poor customer service and really no excuse. Wasn't under pressure or in a rush... we were the only ones there. Also there is no follow up if the waiver is actually completed. Heaps of options for play in the factory - my little one thought it was great but we had no idea what areas we were allowed to access or if we could go wherever we liked. No direction from reception even though we has mentioned it was our first time. Being the only ones there was great and we enjoyed all the trampoline areas. Small kids playground area was dirty unfortunately - not sure of cleaning system but that could be improved. Overall Gravity Zone offers a great indoor play experience for kids - with customer service and cleaning improvements it could be a 5 star experience.

Will definitely be back! The staff is incredibly accomodating and helped me find the perfect fit. Great selection, top-notch tailoring, and excellent customer service. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend!

Took my son and his friends here to celebrate my son's birthday, however they wouldn't allow anyone to eat the birthday cake that we brought with us, because it wasn't purchased from their facility! This is beyond ridiculous and certainly not good business management, as neither our family nor the families of the other children will ever go back to this money hungry facility.
