Out of all the indoor play centres I’ve been to this is probably the worst one, rude staff, very very bad customer service, frankly if I could give them a lower score than 1 star I would, it’s dirty, dark and dingy, and worst of all nothing works in the play area, kids didn’t even like it here. There are many others play centre’s in Bradford so I’d recommend to go there but never here.

Had booked and paid a deposit for a birthday party. Unfortunately my grandma passed away 2 days before.obviously i was going to cancel so would anyone. Refund wasnt given. I understand sometimes theres a no refund policy but im not in control of deaths and its all under their discretion so could be done. Asked for credit note atleast but no. Very insensitive.normally megaplay is my go to but not anymore. Not when money has more value to them then compassion.humanity first.
Great friendly service. The staff always remember you and the kids everytime you visit again. Take care of the kids when they need help. Always my go to place on the weekend. Their food is good too. Love the hazelnut latte
I recently had a very disappointing experience at Megamind Play Group. The first thing that struck me upon arrival was the lack of cleanliness. The toddlers' area, which should be the most well-maintained part of the facility, was anything but. There were visible dirt and debris on the floor, and the toys appeared grimy and unclean. It was evident that the area had not been properly sanitized in a long time, which is particularly concerning given the vulnerability of young children to germs and infections.
The overall maintenance of the facility was equally poor. Broken equipment and worn-out play structures were scattered throughout the play area, posing potential safety hazards for the children. This lack of upkeep made me question the management's commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for kids.
To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Rather than addressing our concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Their attitude was completely unacceptable, especially in a setting that should prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of both children and parents.
In summary, my visit to Megamind Play Group was deeply unsatisfactory. The unhygienic conditions, poor maintenance, and unprofessional staff made for a very negative experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and enjoyable environment for their children.

It’s a shame it could be a lovely little soft play area but unfortunately everything is in need of a very good deep clean , as soon as you walk in you can feel an unpleasant smell , the food /cake display was dirty covered in finger prints ,tables, chairs , floors , and even the play mats have dirt that had been accumulating for time , they charge you 5 pounds per child and 1 pound per adult for 2 hours I wouldn’t mind paying this if the place was clean I’m surprised they are allowed to be open.
A convenient play park with good food and activities for kids.
The best part of this MegaPlay is the price / quality equation.
I paid £ 11 for 2kids(£5 each) and 1 adult.
If you do not want to pay extra for socks please bring from home as they are mandatory.
The main activities for kids over 3 years are on two floors, mostly accessible to adults as well.
There is another area for under 3 kids.
Food is really good for the price sold.
I had one chicken tikka panini with a portion of coleslaw , chips and a can of coke for £6.
Do not to forget the amazing young staff working here, they manage to go through their shift even though is quite busy.
Have fun, your kids will enjoy.

First time coming today, and my little one had an absolute blast. She loved it from start to finish!! 💖💖.. since we left, all she goes on about is the “big slide” she can’t wait to come back.
The women at the counter was really lovely, we had a few little chats and laughs, she really engaged with myself, made me feel better having someone to talk to as there was just myself and my daughter there. I hope the place knows how lucky they are to have her❤️
