Recently had my son’s second birthday here. Amazing!! The booking was easy and stress free, great prices. The place was clean and tidy, loved the 360 view of the soft play so you could always see where your child was. The toy section at the back was a huge hit and all the children ended up there at some point. The food was lovely and a varied spread. After happy birthday the cake was cut and placed into party bags for us. The staff were absolutely incredible!! So accommodating, welcoming and friendly - cannot say it enough they were amazing! I will definitely be booking parties here in the future and be visiting during the week for days out. Thank you so much for making our son’s special day so wonderful!

Excellent soft play setting for children. It was very clean and the staff were absolutely lovely and played with the children as they hosted the party!

By far the BEST party location I have found. The whole process was amazing. Stress free for me - facilities are brilliant (party ranged from 1-4.5 year olds due to siblings attending) and every single attendee said it was great. The kids had so much fun. The food was great. The prices are great. The staff were fantastic and helped from start to finish with timings for cake etc. Literally cannot wait to throw another here! Happy happy happy.

Me and my daughter love it at Jackaboos. It's perfect for me with a chronic illness to be able to sit and allow my daughter to have free play. The staff are so friendly and lovely and very accommodating. They have gluten free choices which are perfect for me! Amazing little place!

Just spent my daughter's 4th birthday party here. We are regulars anyway as it's by far our favourite play gym but the party exceeded expectations. The staff were absolutely brilliant and interacted with the kids, helped keep everything on time and in control but in a really fun way. It was stress free and even as the parents we felt relaxed and could enjoy too. Absolutely love the fact you can hire the entire venue without a minimum number of children.. that's hard to find when choosing a party place! All the guests were happy and we most definitely will be looking to hire for future parties. Thank you so much Jackaboos for taking such amazing care of us! 🎈🎁😊

Not a bad little place to take the little ones. My nephew enjoyed it but I felt the place could do with a bit of an upgrade for food and a touch of handy work to fix the gate and front door so they actually close properly. Seemed relatively clean though and they ask that you sanitise your hands on the way in. The staff seemed nice, but spent nearly their whole shift on their mobiles. Very basic menu for food and they didn't have the jacket potatoes on. Only sandwiches, toasties and paninis. The place has a lot of potential and I think if they made a few small adjustments and upgraded the food offer, they'd make a fair bit more than they currently do.

Hired for my son's 3rd birthday. Such a friendly welcoming space, the kids loved it and so did the adults. Would definitely recommend to anyone, especially for a little ones party 🎉

Had our son's birthday party here yesterday. Booked a double self catering slot and we had a fab time. The children loved it. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again. The staff helped with the music for pass the parcel, got rid of the rubbish and helped with calling the children in when we needed them. All really good. Thank you Jackaboos staff.
