I booked a table for 5 expecting good seats but was placed by a loud, crowded stage. When I asked manager Kimberly to change it, she was rude and only offered bar seats or a spot by the restroom, which smelled and was uncomfortable. We left without eating, and as we left, I noticed they removed the original table. Very rude service, manager gives you attitude and no apology!
Four of us went for dinner last night and had a really awesome experience. The ambiance is very vibrant and fun. If you're looking for a quiet spot, this is not it. The food was excellent overall. I didn't love my entree however, the waiter immediately picked up on it and offered to remedy the situation. He was absolutely lovely. Everything else we ate was excellent. I would definitely go back again and highly recommend this place to everyone.
Best Mojito I have EVER had. They use REAL sugar cane to garnish (and flavor) the drink!!! They do muddle the mint and leave it in instead of adding a secondary mint leaf as a garnish post muddled mint removal (kind of a bartender’s preference kind of thing), but the mint is so gosh darn fresh that it works!
We enjoyed Fathers Day dinner. First time dining here & I was so impressed. All of us enjoyed our meals & the drinks were tasty. Presentation was done just right on everything. The staff never missed a beat.all the workers took part in taking care of us that night including the manager she checked in on us & even cleared our plates!! They had a singer, it was perfect for a Sunday night. My family made a great choice for Father’s Day dinner and we will be back on a future Sunday!
No complaints, food was good, we had the shrimp in some sort of tomato sauce and the steak with shrimp special. For a Latin restaurant I just expected more flavors and seasonings
The restaurant is very nice but it was empty, that was weird. The food not so much. The Cuban sandwich was not so good, they put honey dijon mustard in the sandwich, who does that? I ordered the mar y Tierra and the meat had a weird texture and sauce on top was not tasty, the tostones were huge and the too hard, the lobster tails were tasty but the meat was tough. The best thing here was guacamole and the piña coladas
Great atmosphere. Service was amazing. Waitress and the rest of the wait staff were really kind and helpful. We were a large group(12 people) so food came out a bit slowly and not all at the same time. Apps and entrees were delicious and great portions. Only complaint was the margarita seemed like a store bought mix. Bonus points for the colorful salt on the rim though! Bathroom was cute but wall dispenser soap was broken and "soap" was at the sink. Not sure what kind but honestly the scent was delightful.
