Grossly understaffed union that lacks follow-up. Response turnaround for complaints can take a week or longer, which deteriorates poor working conditions as lack of attention only exacerbates unacceptable working conditions. Communication poor. You have to micromanage and make multiple calls of action for any serious attention from union official(s). Grievances need to be filed for language clearly stated in contract. Union seems more focused on growing their membership = more union dues than taking care of existing membership. Very disappointing and beyond frustrating.

I am a proud member of Unite Here Local 25.The staff has always provided strong support through intimidating management situations. I also don’t know what I would do with out the excellent health care the union provides .

Very disappointing experience. Lack of representation and despite multiple calls, no follow though. The union is only as strong as its members and WE ARE THE UNION. This union needs to seriously have some respect for its membership.

Bad representation no respect of the contract even when you need it the most is just another way to make money 💯 great idea wonderful concept bad practice. Google should allow no star

It is impossible to get in touch with anyone from the union. They do not respond to calls or texts. Only email occasionally.
