Afrah Al Madina Cafeteria

Very bad experience. Chicken very hard, nit even a little salt was there in it. avacado juice ordered was not at all good.

I really didn’t like anything.. neither their food nor their service… it’s worst.. I don’t it’s always like this or not because I only went once but for sure I will never visit again.. Chiken grill, charcoal were dry and not even fresh.. it was worst.. and the service was even worst… the only good thing I liked is seating arrangements.. i went with my family so yeah they have upper level family hall..

Ordered their grilled chicken many times, most of the time we got the chicken very dry and old. Also the recent kubus we got is almost expired. Very Bad especially when you order online 😕

I am sorry but i have to share my experience with the Afrah Al Madina Cafeteria. I called them 3 times and every time they ask for my location for delivery and then always he says that sorry sir today bike rider is not available. Okay when bike rider is not available then why don't you tell me in the beginning when i call ? After asking my location you tell me that rider is not available for delivery.. and i am living with in the 1 kilometer area of the cafeteria and my problem is that recently i had a knee surgery and i am not able to walk or drive that's why i need the home delivery but they don't deliver.

This restaurant is open 24*7 ..I stay 5 mins away from them ..nor the delivery guy know the address not the person who picks the phone knows anything.. I ordered around 2 am they made me wait till 3am ..then they said we cannot deliver as it's very far.. such a worst place to order .. if the rating was minus I would have given you that .. never ever order from this place ..they really don't know anything

The food here is amazing! The charcoal chicken, soup, other items…amazing! It’s a very casual place and it’s always buzzing. – the staffs are so friendly, as soon as walked in the door!

I have tasted this restaurant's food such as Chicken Shawarma, Grilled & Charcoal Chicken are very good.

But fresh juices are not up to the mark. If you ordered any food for home delivery, they takes atleast 50 mins to 1 hour for the delivery, even for the simple foods.
