Had roof installed outstanding service

Used them to replace my windows, after waiting for 4 months to get the windows installed, they told me the manufacturer didn’t even start making the windows. Durning the 4 month I called many times to follow up, not one time they called back. Follow up zero. Be aware don’t trust this company.

I had them come out and give me an estimate for a deck and a ramp for my father in law, who is now in a wheelchair. I was promised the estimate the following day, but I gave them a week. I called and they knew who I was, and the project, and again promised an estimate by the end of business. A week later and I call again with still no estimate. Although the gentleman confirmed my email address at the original appointment they said they no longer had it. I provided it to them and was assured I would have an estimate by noon. When I called at 5pm, he assured me that as soon as her reached the office he would send the estimate, as he had it in hand. I still have no estimate and now they will not answer my phone calls.
