MBP M1 Max commandé un samedi, commande prise en compte le lundi, MBP préparé et expédié le mardi et reçu le mercredi.
Etat exceptionnel: pas une tache sur l'écran, pas une éraflure sur la coque, vraiment comme neuf ...
Configuré comme demandé avec Monterey au lieu de Sequoia
Bref, enchanté de cet achat à tout point de vue (matériel, suivi de la commande, communication à chaque étape et rapidité de livraison)

Super magasin. Le patron et son employé sont toujours souriant et près à rendre service.
Je recommande les yeux fermés. En plus les prix sont plus que raisonnables par rapport à d'autres magasin.

Nous voulions juste un devis pour une réparation d'ordinateur Nous sommes ressortis 15 min plus tard avec un ordi réparer et ils nous ont rien demandé pour cette petite réparation Nous avons insisté mais ils n'ont rien voulu
Et pourtant ils le méritaient car très professionnel
Et surtout très honnête car ils auraient pu nous dire qu'il aurait fallu faire une réparation plus important et bcp plus cher et pas du tout super gentil de leurs part

Got the lenovo p52 from the site. You don't buy new so expect some damage it got some deep scratches above the trackpad. The issue above is resolved thanks to the great customer service. 10/10! These things can happen! But this shows that the company cares about it's customers. Not the last time i will order.

I recently purchased a refurbished thinkpad from this business (partly paid for using the eco-vouchers provided by the company I work for). I sent an email inquiring about their offerings, and received a response within minutes. They were able to customise the laptop for me within a very short period of time, and it arrived in perfect condition.

I recently bought a used notebook, Lenovo Thinkpad P52. I visited the store since i have a requirement for a querty keyboard. I talked with Matthias and after a bit he understood what i want. He messaged me 3 days later that the device for me was ready for pickup. The pickup was quick and easy as well. The pc is in perfect condition and works very well, even a bit better than expected!!
