Old play area and tennis court turf requires maintenance
Love bringing my dog here to get her energy out but you gotta watch out for ant hills and sometimes there are itchy bugs in the grass if you aren't wearing pants or tall socks.
Nice retention pond area used for soccer, football, etc. With it's sloped sides it's great when it snows.
A great place to launch model rockets, fly model planes, or hold a couple of soccer matches, etc. Actually a drainage area so no facilities. Can be very soggy

Amazing place to run and have fun chance a ball around even take pictures just please grab a poop bag on your way in and pick up after your pets please children play in here

It is a retention pond turned into a very large field with a lot of space. But there is no public restroom or play scapes.
Good open area for practice or activity tjat requires a lot of space.
This area is part of brushy creek over flow area and will have runoff if the weather is excessively wet. Plan accordingly.
Not sure if you need to reserve the area for practices, but be aware that others use this area for lirs of practices.
