Al Madina Hypermarket BR1

I have bad bad experience in Madina hyper Market in Al nabba area. This s the fourth and 5 th time already I complaint the management they r already very careless answer. I go to attach his whats app voice reply all people please here this how he s give the respect to customer

Not responded in WhatsApp orders and very delayed delivery if I m going call informed that online service people they speak very Roodly then I go to order the proudect morning time I got the product evening delivery this s al nabba area Al Madina hyper market. Already I go to direct in shop meet in supervisor informed this issue. They promise to me next time it's not happend

I mean it's alright, the staff are really friendly and the prices are OK but not gonna lie..

They need to fix the fruits and vegetables section. It looks so disgusting, especially the potatos and tomatos like 🤢

The fish section is expected, but the smell kindaaaa too much at times

The lighting on the back side of the supermarket (where most of the selves are) REALLY needs improvement as well.

Butt I think this supermarket can improve a lot I guess?

I would like to mention this as the Worst hypermarket in sharjah with minimal cleanliness as well as zero customer satisfaction caused due to particular rules and regulations of their own which is not at all acceptable after mentioning it as a hypermarket. Madina group has lost all their integrity and sustainable way of running hypermarkets. So bad and sensitive way of response is what a food company shouldn't posse's.

Very bad delivery service....I ordered something at 10 pm...I clearly mentioned address and items. I was asking about my items in every 20 minutes. They keep saying.. I am coming... But after 3 hours they messaged your order has delivered I don't know where it is..now price has changed if I send you now then you have to pay more. Pathetic service.😡

It is one of the most economically priced hypermarkets. And it is a 24 rhr hypermarket. This brach is well maintained, and the staff is good and cooperative. The supervisor and manager are always around to see things r going smoothly. And now they also have a home delivery option for nearby areas which made life much easier. Just call and order. Its difficult to find parking here. And there are no bathrooms for customers.

A very crowded place. Massive collection of groceries. Reasonably priced.

The management should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the floor & arrange displays with more moving areas to entertain the large crowd of shoppers.
