Dude behind the register was borderline incompetent at offering basic customer service such as effective communication. Me and several other customers were notified our orders was ready the man behind the county then goes to the back for at least 10min without saying anything. Then comes back with bags of food still doesn't say anything and again returns to back without saying anything. All this man had to do was notify us that the food was here or that we would have to wait but he didn't. Please speak to this man please this occurred 8/10/24 around 3:45pm, light-skinned male with balding hair. Has to do better.
Received our food cold. We ordered a burger and only got the fries and we ordered an Indian dessert and didn't get it, fries were terrible and the fish wrap was even worse. We were charged for for both items we didn't receive, I sent an email and still haven't heard back. There should at least be a number you can call or human you can speak to. Horrible experience
I ordered some Panang Curry and Fried Chicken from "Tabtim Siam". It was delicious and extremely flavorful. I would recommend and would come back! The service was fast as well.
I ordered food from “Tabtim Siam” today and it was fantastic! I ordered their PadThai. The flavor of this dish reminds me of Thailand so well when I visited last summer! I love it and would recommend!
This place can be a hit or miss. It's convenient since it's open late. I ordered takeout indian food last time and they literally reheated food that was probably a few days old. Reported it immediately with pictures and nothing happened.
I actually cannot believe that this full heart is right there near Rhode Island Ave. very convenient and you can also go inside to order food from the kiosk and there’s also a waiting area. It’s a factory with different foods in it you just pick which restaurant you want they cook the food and then you give the code the locker open, which I thought was pretty cool, the food was actually tasty delicious and worth it. I can honestly say pretty cheap or definitely any budget. Recommend them all times of the day but definitely off the late night especially if McDonald’s is closed or not delivering they have better.better food selection. I don’t really have any pictures because I crushed food that night but definitely checked about reply to my comment and let me know what you think.
Absolutely terrible experience. Waste of 60min of my life...and no food to be had. I spent 20min waiting for food and 40min trying to figure out where the hell my orders were. We ordered from Moonbowl and F#ck Carbs directly from the food hall main page and received confirmation. When we went to pick it up they could not find them and offered no solutions. We showed them receipts and that the charges went through on our card but nothing - just shug of shoulder. Similar response was given to another customer who ordered and paid online but that restaurant was closed. Customer service is gruff and lacking basic customer or problem solving skills. First and last time visiting this place and 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Location - convenient for me since I live 2 min away! I would walk in the day but will definitely drive if I came at night.

Ordering: convenient self-checkout kiosk. There is only one kiosk so when all food places have moved in they will need to add more. Or maybe that is what the woman at the front window will do? Not sure.
Food: When I visited around 4pm on a Wednesday only Burger King, nestle toll house, paisanos pizza, and another place were open (forgetting). I ordered from nestle and paisanos.
Nestle toll house— cookies were packaged in the cutest box! I love the card. The cookies weren’t warm though even after I picked up right after they had been added into the pickup box. I would like to come back and try if they are warm since the packaging was so nice. 2 cookies came up to under $4.80- ($2.25/each+tax)might be normal for cookies but I wish they were a little bigger like call your mother bagel shop.
Paisanos— why is this location not on the paisanos official website!? I’ve been driving to college park to pickup pizza when it has been 2 min away all along! There is not wings made here unfortunately so if you want those you’ll have to go to a free standing store. Pizza seemed like it was the same price as my order in a free standing store so I can’t complain about price.
Overall I liked this location! I’ve been to another ghost kitchen-like place in Brookland and that one has an overwhelming smell once you walk in since all vendors are right there. This one doesn’t have a strong smell of any vendor, which would be overwhelming.
The place is clean and has a unisex bathroom if you need to wash your hands before you eat outside on one of the 4 patio tables, which is the only place to sit and eat.
