I got there on a good day where I was able to get a door within five minutes but took almost two hours to get written up and deliver one piece
Wow don't go there I don't wish on my enemy people that get paid to serve you at the window don't want have nothing to do with you I feel sorry for you if you have pick up here
Had to wait a little longer than expected to get unloaded. Looked a little under staff by staff was helpful once it was my turn.
It was fine. I went to p/u a puppy. Easy directions/signs to follow. Employees were pleasant & helpful. In & out in about an hour. I will say not happy there is no public rest room. Would of had to go to next building & take elevator. Other than that all went smoothly.
Good service, friendly people and helpful. Women and supervisor at front desk are professional. 1:30 to load with Escort and on the ramp its very good. Thks
I order a small package from Ukraine, package came at Saturday, I didn't get any updates, not on tracking, nor from WFS, only Tuesday morning I got call that package arrived, but I already have to pay 90$ storage fee.. COME ON it is small box for 90$, because nobody informed me??
They were helpful but it took two and a half hours to get my dog. He stayed in his crate, things were placed on top of it. I didn't care for that
