If you ask for advice she will not try to sell you expensive wares but rather point you to the cheaper options 😊 and I am sure she knows a great deal about cooking.

I looove this supermarket. The owner is super nice and helpful - my friend was sick and wanted some Thai goodies, and Tip helped me a lot with finding the best stuff to give her!! She taught me about the khnm sisi dessert too, which you have to try if you get the chance. Ask for the instant jok for rich, warming and dead simple comfort food! They sell M-150 too... This is definitely the nicest Thai supermarket I've been to.
