So difficult to process documents. Even the easiest doc to processed papahirapan ka.. 😥😥😥😥
At present Catalunan Grande barangay covered court (gym) is the venue for issuing national ID. Daily it is jampacked with citizens applying for the IDs.

Although the instructions are not readily visible but staffs are courteous enough to answer.
Personnel are cordial, respectful and efficient above expectations. The hall is also airconditioned making visitors comfortable.
